AUDITION PROCESS
option 1: video audition
- Contestants who audition via video should await feedback to know if they are proceeding to the judges’ category or not. Successful candidates will be given a pass to move to the judges category and instructions for that category will be communicated on a later day.
- Unsuccessful candidates will also be ccontacted with feedback for improvement and given their passess to attend the live shows
option 2: in-person audition
- Contestants who opt for live audition will be contacted prior to the audition to confirm audition time slot. Please ensure that contact details on application form is accurate. Attend auditions as time slot chosen or accept any open time. Auditions are from 12pm- 5pm MT. Successful candidates will be given a pass to move to the judges category and instructions for that category will be communicated on a later day.
- Unsuccessful candidates will also be ccontacted with feedback for improvement and given their passess to attend the live shows
Video Audition Instructions:
Please read carefully
- Video must be without any instrument unless “you” the contestant, are the one playing the instrument.
- Video must not exceed 3 minutes and must include the following introduction – your name, where you live, song title and reason for auditioning.
- Video should be able to showcase your musical skill so choose a song that will showcase your voice.
- Video of “contestant” could be as an individual or as a group.
